The QElectroTech development team have released, 3 years after the version 0.22, the new version of its electric diagrams editor.
A lot of improvements and new features, expected by the users, are described in the official annoucement: QElectrotech 0.3 released (in french, waiting for translation).
Packages for various distributions are already available (Debian, Slackware, ...).
Soon (after updates-testing stage) in the official repositories for:
And of course, already in my repository for Fedora 14 to 20 and Enterprise Linux 6.
